As far as climate is concerned it varies because the south region experiences tropical climate and in north they enjoy cool temperate weather.

The official language of the country is Japanese and the religion followed here is Shintoism, Buddhism, and Christianity. The culture of Japan has traces of influence from the cultures of Asia, Europe and North America.

Economy
Japan’s economy is one of the largest in the world. The country has an extensive industrial capacity and produces some of the most technologically advanced products as vehicles, electronic goods, machines, metals, chemicals, textile and processed food amongst others.

In terms of PPP that is purchasing power parity, Japan was the fourth largest economy in 2011. The export partners of Japan include China, US, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Thailand.

Japan imports products like liquid natural gas, garments, semiconductors, coal, audio and visual gears, and petroleum. Imports partners of Japan are Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia along with China, US and South Korea.

A large part of East and Southeast Asia also came under the control of the Japanese forces. However, the defeat of Japan in World War II, the scene underwent a change. After the war, Japan became a major economic power and continues to be so till today.

Japan Major Earthquake of 2011

This time the most powerful earthquake knocked the door of Japan measured 8.9 magnitudes after at least 150 years on Friday 11 March 2011. The water spread across the rice fields, and towns. The water dragged warehouses; factories, houses, cars, ships and everything come in the way. At least 50 people killed but according to police the no. is more than 10000 people and thousands of people out from the house. The Earthquake strike Sendai Town. Japan witnessed for so many wars and also known for the Hiroshima and Nagasaki Atom destructions.
